We were given a double room on higher floors upon arrival. This hotel was located in a central area not far from the hill and an alley. And there was Coffee Jupiter with short-orders a couple of blocks away from the venue, super convenient.

The staff is excellent, and the host too. The breakfast is particularly nice, the room is well-maintained with a tv and a fridge. It offers friendly service.

Everything was very good, incredible location close enough to transports, ferries and all the touristic areas and metro station and funicular and the tram and ferries which made getting around excellent, extremely friendly staff. The room was beautifully maintained on higher floors, with essentials required.

The bed was comfy, with picturesque views from the window revealing a lively neighborhood. Having a private external bathroom was like a luxury many are missing these days.

Noise was a frequent nuisance, especially from the street, distracting during the night. Certain rooms seemed to have plumbing issues that could wake you up unexpectedly, like I experienced with the loud waste water drain. There were also several broken fixtures scattered throughout the hotel, giving it a bit of a neglected vibe. Furniture arrangements felt random and uninviting.

The hotel features a charming, romantic atmosphere with beautifully renovated interiors. I appreciated the immaculate cleanliness of my Twin Room with a Private External Bathroom with a touch of luxury . The garden view from the window was a good surprise.
